- Shipping costs are
for actual shipping amount only we do not charge any
extra fees, handling charges, or surcharges.
- All
shipping costs will be actual costs calculated
directly from FedEx® computers based on actual
item(s) weight and sent to your shopping cart while
you checkout.

All
merchandise is shipped daily from Monday through
Friday except holidays.
- We will
make our best effort to ship all orders received
before 6:00 pm by the next day.

All
shipments are subject to stock availability.

Please make
sure you input a valid street address for shipping;
we will not ship to PO Boxes. We are not responsible
if you input invalid information.
Return Policy

All items
except otherwise mentioned, may be returned within
30 days from the original invoice date.

Items returned
by 30 days after invoice buyer will have option to
receive either a full refund or store credit less
any shipping costs.

Shipping
charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible
for shipping charges on returned items.

The
merchandise must be in new and unused condition and
in its original packaging. Items damaged, used,
missing parts or paperwork will not be eligible for
a refund or credit.

At
ScubaGearSales.com's discretion any returns that are
considered unacceptable (used, damaged, or missing
parts) will either be charged an adequate restocking
fee to be determined based on items missing and
condition with approval from the customer or
returned to customer at their cost unless it is
deemed to be a warranty issue.

No refunds or
exchanges after 30 days.

A return
authorization number is required for all returns.

To receive a
RMA numbers please contact us. When applying for a
RMA number, please include your name, invoice
number, reason for the return/exchange, email
address and phone number.

RMA numbers
are valid for 10 working days from date of issuance.

Please ensure
that the RMA number is visible on your return
packing label.
